We're unable to modify an order after it has been placed, as we don't store credit card information on file for your safety and security.

Please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected], and we will attempt to cancel your order. However, as our team works fast to get your orders to you, we can't guarantee that your order can be canceled.

Please note that we respond to inquiries in the order they are received. While your request was received by our team, there may be a delay before we are able to review it, and orders can continue moving through the fulfillment process during that time. Unfortunately, once an order reaches a certain stage of processing, we are no longer able to cancel it.
